Is a manufacturer of ophthalmic lenses for the eyeglass industry. Founded in 1937, X-Cel entered the market as a supplier of semi-finished fused glass bifocals. Since then X-Cel has expanded its lens offerings to include an extensive array of glass, plastic, Trivex®, Transitions® mid-Index, high-Index and polycarbonate lenses of many styles and colors.

X-Cel is known in the industry for its wide range of inventoried products. Specializing in otherwise hard-to-find lenses, X-Cel often makes one-of-a-kind lenses for its customers. As a result of this willingness to supply whatever is needed, X-Cel now supplies the market with more specialty lenses than any other manufacturer.

X-Cel stocks photochromic lenses made from Transitions®, Corning® and Schott Glass products and there is virtually no prescription that cannot be filled. We offer multiple indices in both glass and plastic along with every style imaginable.

X-Cel also offers the widest range of polarized products in the industry. In CR-39 we offer progressives, flat top 28's, 35's, 7x28 & 8x35 tri-focals and single vision lenses. In glass we offer flat top 28's,Progressives, 7x28's, 8x35's, single vision products, multiple indices, multiple photochromic colors and custom made items.
